A few examples are Emergency, 1984 Sikh massacre in Delhi; creation of LTTE; "n" number of riots in India engineered by politicians, creation of condition to make people naxalites, de-industrialisation (remember Singur), massacre at demolition of structure at Ram Jamanbhoomi, Royal loot of Indian money (started with 1956 Jeep scandal, Mundra, Nagarwala, Bofors, ...... till CWG, 2G, 3G, 4G, xxxG) by almost every one.

As you rightly said that in India, we believe in crab mentality. To pull a person by creating an impression of his/her past deeds and not looking into his/her future potential for the betterment of masses.

If honest and dedicated people like Modi hold governance (I am not using power), what will be there for vested interests including politicians, netas, media (paid news), industrialists, power-brokers. So, there is desperate attempt to malign Modi's image by shouting Godhra/Godhra/Godhra at every opportunity. Why the same set does not blame Rajiv Gandhi for 1984 Sikh Massacre or conditions of Bhopal victims even after 28 years or emergency or Bofors or Mr. Q or Andersen or .....

Public memory is short unless -
"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds" - - Samuel Adams

If the Nuremberg laws were applied, then every post-war American president would have been hanged : Noam Chomsky

Nobody is interested in betterment of masses. It's all about lust of power and money by 1%.Rakesh Goyalnoreply@blogger.com
