True shridhar , Remaining young and likable in a market is tough in the light of new generations pouring in. Good thing about brands is they can be Protected from aging , its about understanding about continuously evolving with the changing context . Companies love for their practices products and pride kill them .

You are right. When we are not objective about someone or something, we make a mistake and that can be fatal.
